Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Should I go back to the hospital where I had my first surgery......

It’s been a little over a year and a half since my nose surgery Right now, my nose only has silicone in it (according to the hospital) The hospital that did the surgery said they would only put in very thin silicone, and that after 6 months I’d even be able to make a pig nose And they said that if I took it out anytime, it would immediately go back to my old nose But even after more than a year, forget making a pig nose, it’s extremely hard right now If I feel a bit tired, my nasal tip turns bright red When I touch it, I can feel the silicone reaching all the way to the nasal tip?;;

I went to the hospital that did the surgery and told them, but they said the AS period is 1 year, there’s no problem at all, and they have no idea why I’m acting like this Setting aside the fact that I don’t like the shape of my nose, if I leave this redness at the nasal tip as it is, couldn’t it pierce through and come out..? But they keep saying there’s no problem. When I asked why it keeps turning red, they said, “It’s not red right now, is it?”ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

They said if I’m going to make such a fuss, they’ll remove it for me. But I have to pay 300,000 won for the anesthesia fee It was done with a closed approach, and they say removing it will simply solve the issue But when I looked it up, apparently if you just remove it, the nose can become shorter.. I’m so angry, irritated, and furious, but people say the surgeon who operated knows the condition of the nose best, so I don’t know whether I should have it removed at this hospital.. Or whether, even if I end up spending several million won, I should go to a hospital in Seoul that specializes in revision surgery and do it again

If they say it’s not inflammation, I want revision surgery rather than just removal Would it be better to go to that hospital for removal and have revision surgery at another hospital, or should I go to a place that says it specializes in revision surgery, have it removed there, and get proper revision surgery too? What would everyone here do..?

I do have some hospitals I’ve looked up: April31, Prima, Kim In Joong.. But I heard revision surgery can cost whatever the hospital calls for.. How much do revision surgeries cost at these hospitals..? I heard it can easily cost 8 million or 9 million won, so I’m scared..
