I had the procedure done last year. I consulted, and without any special consultation with the director, I was asked about the design I wanted and then the procedure started right away. They were not rude, but they were not especially warm either. They just said what needed to be said, and said no to things that could not be done. I had a few small, bumpy protrusions like millet seeds from a procedure done poorly elsewhere, and I was thinking maybe they would need to be dissolved, but because they were not large, they treated them right away with the procedure and it became smooth. They matched the asymmetry as much as possible, and the best part was that the upper lip curled inward less when I smiled. I am most satisfied with that.
