First of all, the desk staff, not the consultation manager, were truly rude and it left me in a bad mood. The anesthetic got into my mouth and I asked them to help, but the older woman with short hair and a bob just told me to wait in a way that felt annoyed. Anyway, the doctor was kind, but the lip filler had already worn off within a week. From the beginning they said I would need a touch-up and, even though it was a rather high dose, they injected only about 1 cc. I called about discomfort after the procedure, but the person who answered the phone got angry and said they had nothing they could do and that I should figure it out myself. It was the first hospital I had ever seen like that. And when they finally explained things calmly later, it was the worst. I will never go again.
