The director was very kind. Even when I kept asking the same questions because I was worried, he answered kindly. He explained why this surgery was necessary for the patient's eyes. (He also explained in detail the difference between having ptosis correction and not having it.) The consultant was also very kind. The cost was lower than the budget I had in mind, so I was satisfied.
