I went around looking for clinics for a revision eye surgery consultation and visited 4 clinics, and this was the most disappointing consultation. Rather than reflecting the patient's needs in the surgery, it felt like they were just trying to stay on the safe side. When I asked what shape of eyes I wanted and pulled at my eyes to show them, they said I would need a forehead lift. I was saying I wanted this kind of shape, not that I wanted my eyes pulled like that; At any clinic, they are the kind of case where if you mention a brow lift or forehead lift, they strongly advise against touching the eyes because the eyelid skin is thin. If you just want a simple buried-suture line on the eyes, it might be fine to go. The before-and-after photos on the website didn't look dramatic at all. Just because they propose the lowest-risk method does not mean I think that makes it a good clinic.
At the other clinics, they all said that if I wanted the eyes I was looking for, incisional eye correction was essential. Only here did they say buried sutures would be enough, and that eye correction was only needed on one side. And then, really? Eye correction? Let's just clean up the line.
That is not what I want. The estimate I received does not even include eye correction. When the coordinator asked if I had a celebrity eye shape I wanted and I told them, they laughed. I do not understand why they laughed ^^; I booked surgery at another clinic that gave a consultation of much better quality on the same day. My surgery is tomorrow, and if the result is bad, I will admit that I was wrong and delete this review.
