Among the hospitals I have consulted with, this was probably the kindest by far. From the staff at the front desk to the director, everyone was so kind that I felt comfortable during the consultation. They took asymmetry seriously and do not seem to recommend unnecessary surgery. They checked the septal cartilage length while reviewing the CT images together during the consultation.
