First, I will say that 4 points is my benchmark. Overall, I had a decent impression. The manager in charge was quite attentive and kind. They also called a day in advance saying there was a chance I might have to wait a little longer for the consultation, and adjusted the schedule. The director felt a bit like he had rushed over to do the consultation, but he did a good job of shaping the line. The consultation itself was ordinary. I recommend going for a consultation. The only concern was that the CCTV is not shown unless it is for medical submission. I do not know if there was some other reason, but it did leave me a little uneasy.
