The director is rather decisive and used to work at Naturalism, and I understand he started his own solo clinic. He is not the type to take risks, and he also had a negative view of forehead lift surgery. The consultation ended quickly, and I did not have very high expectations for the surgery. But the manager's forehead looked too obvious, maybe because of filler, and personally I feel the manager's appearance matters too since the director handles the procedures and the manager handles aftercare, so seeing that made me slightly question the director's aesthetic sense... so I passed. But the manager was very kind.
