I had a revision surgery, and I liked the line when the swelling had not gone down yet, but once the swelling went down, it was thinner than I expected, and before a year had passed, the double eyelid and one side of the lower canthoplasty came undone. The revision only addressed part of the eye. They said they could also do the lower canthoplasty if I wanted, but I did not get it. They raised the line a little, and as of now, before a year has passed, it has not come undone yet. The remaining side of the lower canthoplasty has also almost come undone. They said the lower canthoplasty could come undone because of tissue characteristics, and it did come undone faster than I expected, but I had been thinking of trying non-incisional first and then doing an incisional procedure, so it is okay.
I liked that they gave careful counseling, and all the staff were kind. If I get revision surgery again, I would consider doing it here again. Overall I am satisfied, but one thing that bothered me a little was during the revision consultation. When I asked whether the lower canthoplasty seemed to have come undone, comparing it with the pre-op photos, they did not answer clearly and just said they could do that too if I wanted. Maybe they were busy at the time, but it felt a little like, huh..? I felt like they were trying to get things done quickly.. I am trying to understand it as just being because they were busy then..
In conclusion, I recommend them if you want a natural line. There is some scarring since it was incisional. The part that was revised partially remains especially noticeable. The price was discounted in exchange for writing a review.
