Kind and very thorough consultation. I consulted with a doctor who is famous for nose surgery. He talked through the pros and cons over a long time and helped me judge whether, in my case, surgery would be a plus or a minus. I wanted no implant, but he also explained that because my skin is thin, even if it looks smooth, it could feel a little uneven to the touch.
