I got lip filler for the first time, and I don't remember what kind it was, but 1 cc was injected. The director asked whether I had a photo of the lips I wanted, and when I showed one, they explained very well the shape of the lips in the photo and the shape of my own lips. They added a little at a time, kept showing me the mirror, and asked if there was any area I wanted more adjusted, fitting the lip shape as closely as possible. Maybe the anesthesia worked well, because it didn't hurt much at all. It is one of the procedures I am most satisfied with.
