The director seems skilled, but the staff were not great. They were not friendly, but not exactly rude either. It felt kind of AI-like. The consultation was not very professional either. They seemed like they did not really know much and just gave a mechanical consultation, like reciting memorized lines. I keep going because I trust only the director, but the clinic is so busy that even if I want to ask anything about the procedure, there is absolutely no way to ask. Right after the procedure, they rush off to the next one.
