I went there for masseter Botox. Reservation required (I made a wasted trip once). It felt like a typical factory-style dermatology clinic. Once they called my name, I waited on the bed and they gave me the injection without saying much. Since it's such a simple, common procedure, there was no design process. So if there is any risk of things like hollowing in the cheeks, you absolutely have to mention it in advance. At first I didn't know anything and just thought they'd handle it on their own, and I ended up with hollow cheeks (I didn't have that when I had it done at another clinic before). But since the procedure is so simple and pretty much the same everywhere, I think if you explain things well, they'll pay attention!
