Maybe because it was remodeled, the facilities were so much better that I was really surprised. The consultation manager smiled a lot too and was very kind, and it was great how she picked out only the parts I needed and guided the consultation. Also, the director’s voice was really like an announcer’s. They were thorough, and it really hurt during the procedure, but they comforted me like a little child.
