I applied for a consultation because I was interested in methyl bone surgery and visited the clinic. I was very glad that the doctor himself, rather than the manager, personally gave me a kind consultation. I also liked that he approached things specifically by asking which area I thought was my biggest complex and what kind of change I wanted. And I appreciated that he honestly told me about areas that could not be improved through surgery. The reason I gave 3 stars for staff kindness is that I went with a friend, and instead of quietly asking about my previous surgery history, they asked in front of my friend, which felt a little lacking in tact, so I gave 3 stars.
