I chose it because I was told the bone cement would feel less foreign and look like a real forehead, but the line where the implant meets the tissue is so noticeable that it has been really stressful for me At first there was concern it might be fluid or blood, so I went back to the hospital several times and had it drained. Other than that, there were no major side effects, but under bright light the implant boundary is very visible, and when I smile or frown the edge stands out even more
