The director's consultation was good and felt like they explained everything well...? But I thought, why are they putting on BB cream...? when there was surgery later on. The clinic is small and the facilities are old-fashioned, but I'm not the type to care much about that, so whatever... The staff were all rude, especially the consultation manager? Maybe the director's wife...? Rude and with a very cheap vibe..? Why compare by bringing up other clinics lol Still, it did seem like they are good at head shape. I was not told about the consultation fee in advance, but I paid it.
