They were very confident about facial contouring, so I do think the contouring surgery came out pretty well. But once some time passed, sagging was inevitable. The nose surgery was a bit of a problem. They used ear cartilage and recommended lifting it a little, but my nose ended up being much more crooked than I expected, so I am dissatisfied with that part.
