I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my consultation time.. The interior was extremely clean.. It looked quiet, but I waited about 10 minutes.. The consultation manager was kind and treated me like a friendly next-door sister.. She said just doing the nasal tip alone might be fine, but that I would probably need donated rib cartilage.. I went into the doctor’s office for a consultation.. The doctor said the same thing.. They said nothing else was needed and that just lifting the nasal tip and reducing the philtrum would probably be enough.. What they said was exactly the same as the consultation manager, so there was nothing else I really needed to ask.. I waited a bit more and then discussed the estimate with the consultation manager again.. They said it would be possible to use donated rib cartilage, lift only the nasal tip, and reduce the philtrum.. The price came down from 7.85 million won to 6.6 million won because I made a same-day reservation.. They said that if only the nasal tip were lifted, it could tilt slightly, but it would not look seriously strange, and they showed me photos of cases with nasal tip work and philtrum reduction together, which honestly looked quite good.. I left after paying the same-day reservation deposit.. But later I went to another place for another consultation, and that place was cheaper, so I canceled the deposit the next day and they handled it right away.. And since the consultation manager had been off that day, they called me again the following day.. They said they had not been able to see my face because it was their day off.. They said they hoped to see me again next time.. Kindness was top tier, and the doctor had participated in a famous plastic surgery program..
