I went for a consultation about philtrum-nose surgery. Since I had had nose surgery twice and philtrum reduction once, I said I had severe scar tissue around the nasal column. They said they could remove the scar tissue. But I still had concerns because my nostrils were already a bit 11-shaped, and the philtrum surgery had removed all the soft tissue under the nose, so I was worried about that. They said the loss of the soft tissue under the nose was not because of the philtrum reduction, and that it was the original shape. I am still thinking about it, but I probably will not do it here. The price is far too unreasonable.
