The only memory I have is that they were rude from start to finish. I entrusted the surgery to them because I trusted their aesthetic sense, but it did not meet my expectations. The shape is okay enough, but I think it is better not to expect anything too dramatic. The nose surgery itself was not a failure, but personally I am disappointed functionally.
