I had hump reduction, osteotomy, and nose tip elevation with autologous cartilage. The director consulted with me directly, and the staff did not get involved at all. Everyone seemed older, so I think they use long-time staff who work well together. The director's style is really conservative, and if you do not strongly emphasize wanting a higher nose, it seems like they really only improve the shape. If you want something flashy and very high, something that looks obviously done, you should avoid this place. If you want something natural and just safely done, I think it is a good choice. My nose changed from the old shape to something more refined and a little more organized. It is not perfect, but I think it was good that I did not get greedy. They repeatedly said from the beginning that it would not change dramatically, and they were thorough in consultation, explaining that issues like asymmetry would still remain to some degree even after surgery, and that swelling and scar tissue would last for a while. Because of that, I reduced my expectations before surgery. Nothing has gone wrong over time, and they have been thorough with aftercare, so I was satisfied.
