There was no separate consultation with a consultation manager; instead, it was a direct meeting with the director. There were quite a lot of people waiting, and since there were two directors, it felt a little hectic, like going back and forth between the treatment room and the consultation room. The doors to the consultation room and treatment room were also all open, so that probably made it feel even more so. The consultation fee is 3,000 won in advance. During the director consultation, they tried several ways of setting the eye line and recommended the height and surgical method that would suit me. They seemed like someone with a lot of experience, and after figuring out my eye shape, they also told me additional things that should be done. They were kind, but did not really give an impression of having much leeway. It felt like, "I have said everything now, so let us get up." It felt like I had to move on to the next person waiting, so I did not feel like I could ask everything I wanted. I could not ask whether it would be possible to do it with a different surgical method or what that would be like. The hospital facilities felt a bit old. It felt like a normal neighborhood clinic. The automatic door button at the hospital did not work well, so I had to press it several times.
