I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery, and I hardly said anything while sitting in the consultation room, but the doctor looked straight at my eyes, drew a sketch, and smoothly explained what the problem was and how it should be corrected. While listening, I thought, as expected from someone who has been doing this for a long time, they really know everything without me even having to say much. And they explained very kindly what would be done and how if I had the surgery, and showed me the line several times. The staff at the hospital counter were also so warm and kind haha
