I was worried because I had heard they changed their name several times, but I heard that after operating together with other directors, they opened separately, changed the name, and then later changed it again because they did not like the old name and wanted something trendier. lol I was a little scared because I saw them being very strict with the staff and getting angry a lot (I think a staff member had lost a chart....), and since there were patients there too, it was embarrassing for me to be there while they were getting so upset.. But they were very warm and kind to the patient, and above all they did not overrecommend anything. The director had a clear conviction about surgery, so if a patient asked for something unreasonable, they firmly said no lol. They adjusted things as much as possible within a reasonable range, and I was satisfied with the results! They also spoke honestly about the surgical result. If you just look at it, it does not show at all, and even parts that would only show if you looked very closely could have been glossed over, but they told me anyway, and personally I was satisfied! I went back recently for a follow-up, and they greeted me very warmly then too and checked everything, so I left feeling good. I am happy with the surgical result, and I also had a rhinoplasty tip procedure plus rhinitis surgery at the same time, and the columella incision from that healed well without a scar. There is no trace of it.
