The upper stomach, lower stomach, and overall bloating were a problem, but the fat on my sides was really stressful for me. I had a lot of extra fat overall, and I kept putting it off because I was scared that after surgery my stomach line would end up looking uneven and bumpy, but they explained a direction for improvement so the abdominal liposuction could come out smooth. Just from reading reviews, I did not really understand what the difference was between doing it by hand and doing it with guidance, but they explained even these parts well, which was helpful.
