I’ve already spent so much time researching online and in person that I’m exhausted from it now I’m planning to do it at Pose, but the staff who handle phone consultations don’t seem very professional. I only booked a consultation because I trust Director Hwang. One staff member made it sound like there was an opening the next day even though the consultation was already full, which was annoying. It felt unfriendly.
