No photo was taken. The doctor personally looked over my face in detail, checking it from many angles, then explained the condition with a drawing. It was easy to understand, and they did not suggest unnecessary surgery. Rather than saying it would definitely turn out well like some consultations at hospitals I had initially considered, they spoke realistically about the range of improvement that was actually possible. They operate without promotion or events, and the consultation with the doctor was longer and more detailed than with the consultation manager, which I liked.
