At other clinics, the usual process was to first consult with the counseling manager and then with the doctor, but here I liked that I first consulted with the doctor and then with the counseling manager. Unlike other lower blepharoplasty procedures, this clinic uses a method called EasyTicon, and they kindly explained the surgical method and only talked about what truly needed to be done without any overtreatment, which made me trust them more.
