I think most people here would go after researching rhinoplasty revision again and again. You are worried about silicone and do not want to use other materials, so you end up thinking it is better to use iliac dermis or graft material that is not very visible. Also, since many of the reviews on the cafe they run themselves are almost all success stories saying they are satisfied, it is only natural to be tempted. I also made a lot of effort to visit this place first while I was doing my rounds, and I went all the way to Suwon after making time, but it turned out to be a clinic that was a very bad fit for me. First, there is a consultation with two or more people. You go in with complete strangers and listen to the director give a roughly 20-30 minute skeptical lecture about implants, then individual consultations are done in order of who arrived first. In the individual consultation, it felt like the director had a very firm idea of the nose shape he thought suited a patient based on gender. Because dermis itself has different absorption rates for everyone, it did not seem like personal needs were reflected very much, and he casually talked about scar tissue and revision surgery, saying that if you are unhappy after surgery, you can just add more with dermis injections or reopen the buttock and nose and make small corrections. So I thought this place was not for me, and when I was talking with the manager I honestly said I was not sure, and they showed a really bad attitude? They even threw out some bizarre, unmedical remarks at a patient who was struggling mentally because of revision surgery... sigh..
