First, I went into the director's office with a stranger and listened to a 30-minute lecture on why silicone should not be used. I came because of silicone side effects, but I think it would have been better if they had only explained autologous dermis and briefly mentioned the side effects of other implants. They said absorption ends after one year, but I've seen many reviews from other places saying they still feel absorption even after one year, so I'm still unsure. And the shape and height not being predictable is my biggest worry. I do understand that it's safe..
