Honestly, nothing else matters. If bone shaving on the brow ridge is your main source of income, how about having at least an X-ray machine on site? You’re making money from brow ridge shaving, yet you judge how much of the surgery can be done by looking at X-rays, so isn’t it too much to ask patients to go get them elsewhere at their own expense? There is no basic consideration for surgical patients.
