I am preparing to have my forehead silicone implant removed. They said that after removal, they will perform volume forehead augmentation, brow bone reduction, eye socket reduction, and medial osteotomy. I put down the reservation deposit and came back, but among the multiple surgeries, the brow bone reduction and medial osteotomy are bothering me, so I am thinking it over until the surgery. My forehead is tilted back, and my brow bone also protrudes a bit, so I am deeply unsure which surgery I should choose. I hate my current bulging, ostrich-egg-like shape so much, and I want a flat, natural-looking forehead. Fifteen years ago, a bulging forehead was in style, so I had silicone inserted, but I developed a hematoma, the bone was eroding, and I got headaches, so I decided removal was the only option. I also looked into methyl bond, but I just do not want an implant itself sitting in my face. There are also many side effects. I am worried about whether brow bone reduction or medial osteotomy would be right. I am deeply concerned about whether the skin will sag, whether there will be nerve damage, and whether various side effects might occur again. . . I need to think it over carefully.
