I had it done about 10 years ago at TL Plastic Surgery. Because of deep cheek sagging caused by orthodontic treatment, my face became peanut-shaped. I went in with big hopes and decided to have surgery, but it had zero effect.. Maybe there was a tiny change, but even after that, every photo still showed a peanut face. Now aging has also set in, so I am looking into a facelift. Maybe the price was lower back then? I do not really remember the pain or anything after the surgery, so it probably was not that severe. I do not remember the staff very well, but the wait was long, there were a lot of people, and it felt like a factory. I do not remember them being particularly kind. The doctor talked to me for one minute and then did the surgery. I remember being told there would not be a dramatic change, but back then Ulthera and things like that either did not exist or were not common, so this was my only hope.
