I was worried about my double chin and the fat along my facial line, so I visited on a friend's recommendation. First of all, I liked that there were no stitches to remove. I didn't have to go back to the hospital to have threads removed, and the surgery time was under an hour. I was back to daily life starting the next day. (A patch like DuoDERM was applied over the surgical area.)
The doctor was not especially kind or warm. He said clearly what could not be done could not be done. At another hospital, the estimate was huge because they said I would need muscle binding too, but here he said suction alone was enough. He also honestly told me that because my jaw itself is small, the effect would not be dramatic, which I appreciated.
I had many small procedures for my double chin before this.. I should have done it sooner; this is the number one surgery I regret getting late,,, On my small, round face, this is the surgery I think was the best..!!
