About 10 years ago, I had facial fat grafting, and as I got older, the cheek area became lumpy and sagged, so I went for a consultation to remove it, but the manager flat-out turned me away saying facial fat grafting can't be removed... I was taken aback and didn't even get to see the surgeon. They said facial fat grafting is placed deep in the subcutaneous fat, so it's not possible at all;;
