It's been almost 1 year since face liposuction for face fat that would not go away even with Ulthera, InMode, and dieting, and I am very satisfied. I have a body type that swells easily even if I eat just a little salty food, so I fight swelling every morning, but after facial liposuction, even when my face swells, the contour stays intact, which is amazing. I was considering thread lifting too, but the director said I did not really have much sagging, so I did not need it. I trust that because the director is honest and says what is and is not necessary. I liked that this was a one-doctor clinic, so I did not have to worry about a surrogate surgeon.
