I did not want to shave bone, but I wanted a slimmer look, so while looking into various procedures I found liposuction and went around for consultations. The price was higher than at other hospitals, but considering the number of surgeries, follow-up care, and experience, I decided it was better to go safely even if it cost a bit more, so I had the procedure. The swelling went down gradually as expected, and it has now gone down a lot, so I am satisfied!
