I got Ultherapy a lot, but it did not quite meet the effect I wanted, so I ended up getting facial liposuction. The price is similar to getting laser treatments several times, so it is not a huge burden. In my case it was all under the chin, and the director said the effect would be better, so that was reassuring. I had facial lipo for the buccal fat and cheeks, plus the double chin, and because the double chin was sagging I had a thread inserted. I also got additional aftercare at the clinic. They released the swelling and the scar tissue, and that seemed good. Maybe because I got aftercare, I do not feel uncomfortable. The surgery ended quickly and there was no pain. There was not much swelling either, so I do not know whether I am just suited to surgery or the director has very good hands. Anyway, I am satisfied with everything so far.
