If you ask about the place my mom went for her facelift surgery, they get very annoyed, and when I asked while mentioning what I had been told at another hospital consultation, they soon got up and left... I'm not a medical professional, so of course I can ask if I don't know, but it was so absurd.. I didn't even feel like I could ask anything properly after the surgery, so I passed.
