I went for a facelift and neck lift consultation a few weeks ago~ I had previously had thread lifting and filler injections, so they said foreign material removal would also need to be done. They said my neck wrinkles were severe congenital neck lines, and that my face also had a lot of sagging in the deep cheek area and cheeks, so surgery would solve those concerns. They said the dissection would be done broadly down to the SMAS layer and pulled vertically. At other hospitals, most people said fat grafting should be done together for better results, but Noble Y said absolutely not to do fat grafting. They said fat grafting was unnecessary, and that if it were done together, the weight of the added fat would stretch the SMAS again and cause more sagging, so it absolutely should not be done... They said that if it is pulled up vertically anyway, the sunken areas will naturally become smooth. The director did not feel especially warm or friendly, but it was very clear that he had great pride in the surgery he performs. They said they operate on only one person a day, and that an anesthesiology specialist performs the anesthesia. Compared with the other places I had consulted, it was a consultation that clearly made me understand why they are a facelift specialist.
