I had facial liposuction, fat repositioning, and thread lifting on my neck. My cheeks were always very full, and my body tends to lose fat everywhere else but not from my cheeks, so I got liposuction and the effect was definitely there. The manager and the director were both very kind, and they paid attention to aftercare as well. That said, I wondered whether the thread lifting was really necessary and asked about it before surgery too. They said it would be better to do it, so I went ahead, but since it adds to the cost, I think it might have been fine not to do it. Still, the results were definitely there, and I was very satisfied with the aftercare.
