Around last summer, I was looking into buccal fat liposuction, which had always been stressful for me, and after visiting a few places for consultations, I decided this seemed like the best hospital, so I chose to have it done here. Since I wanted to improve my appearance, I really wanted to do it, so I planned to get a mini facelift, buccal fat liposuction (6 procedures total), and masseter muscle tying for a double chin. But they said thread lifting had to be included, so I worried about it, but right before surgery I told the coordinator I would not do thread lifting. They said they would tell the director, and in the end I lay down on the operating table. While I was lying there, the coordinator came into the operating room and said something like, "The director says thread lifting is essential if you want to shape things properly during the mini facelift," so I just thought, okay, I guess so, and stayed lying on the operating table.
Up to that point there was no problem at all. Honestly, the coordinator seemed unbelievably kind and like a very good person, and the director was really kind too. So I was lying on the operating table with a male nurse and a female nurse next to me. They told me the anesthesia would be administered, and I fell into it as planned. But I had clearly requested before surgery that the CCTV recording be saved, and the coordinator was aware of it. If I remember correctly, the surgery started a little after 2 o'clock, and after everything was finished, the coordinator and a nurse woke me up, and I remember getting up around 9 o'clock. The anesthesia had not fully worn off, so my memory is not very clear, but the time is about right. Then, after visiting the hospital a few times and looking back on my memories before and after the surgery, no matter how I think about it, the surgery time seemed way too long. What I remember clearly from then is that when I woke up, the director was nowhere to be seen. So while monitoring the progress and consulting with the coordinator over chat, I asked to be shown the CCTV, but after saying they would tell the director first, I eventually got turned down, with the explanation that recovery would be difficult. I clearly asked to see the CCTV not long after, but even now I still do not really understand it. Maybe because there is only one director, they anesthetized me and then moved back and forth between consultations.. But the surgical result itself is fine. Honestly, I do not even know whether thread lifting was actually included, but if you press on the cheek after the buccal fat liposuction, there is really nothing left but skin.. I did ask them to take out as much as possible.. As for the mini facelift, the lift itself is secondary, but there are two mirrors in the bathroom at home, so I can see my side profile, and my upper and lower lips used to be almost parallel, which stressed me out a bit, but now the lower lip has gone in a lot.. I really felt that the side profile matters too. But one side of the mini facelift incision mark is still quite noticeable. I do not know if that is down to the surgical skill, and I also did not apply the ointment very diligently Oh, and another strange thing: I was supposed to get chin Botox and square-jaw Botox (they said it would be provided as a service), but when I asked a few days after surgery, they said they had anesthetized me and injected the Botox. Does that make sense? It is not that I was upset about a few ten-thousand won.. it just felt off. And there was a difference of several hundred thousand won between what was quoted during the consultation and what I actually paid. On the day itself I was nervous because of the surgery, so I did not notice it, but I found out while organizing the payments lol And when I look at review posts, there are people who had thread lifting, and this person said it took 4 hours too.. Anyway, it is awkward to bring it up now, and I just kept debating whether to write it or not, so I jotted it down.
