It has been 10 years since my nose surgery.
The director is not the type to pursue something overly dramatic. That part is good.... But after my first surgery (silicone + septal cartilage), the inflammation did not go down....... so it must have been because of the silicone. My nose stayed thick and bulbous, and even the doctor said it would not work like this, so right there they said we should open it up again..... Then they asked if I had eaten, and when I said I had not eaten much, they said then we could go ahead with surgery, so they decided to do the revision with donated rib cartilage, and I paid an extra one million won and had the revision surgery. ..But I honestly did not even know what donated rib cartilage was and just went along with it I was twenty then and did not really know.... After the revision with donated rib cartilage, the swelling did not come back and the wound did not fail to heal, but now there is warping and it has bent a bit. My nose was a little crooked to begin with, anyway... But in any case, there is nothing I can do about it, so I am just living with it, opening and closing the nose again and again. ........I will never forget that I could not breathe properly and cried while sleeping sitting up for all 3 days after the first surgery, and for 5 days after the revision... And I have a somewhat aged-looking face, and because of the nature of donated rib cartilage, it lengthens the nose and the columella, so seriously.... lol. Now I am older and only the tip of my nose is bent, so I am just getting by.. I have to turn my face every time I take an ID photo lolllllllllll my nose is lolllllllllll bent lol and if I pick at the boogers lol the left nostril and right nostril have different widths.........lol I will really tell you everything to the end. My functional nose is fine lol and I am living in gratitude that contracture did not happen. Seriously, compared to the nose I had before, it really did get better lolllllll that is true, and also I do not have the septum anymore, so if I get a nosebleed on one side, the other side starts bleeding later too... haha.. It is awkward for no reason when I go to the ENT clinic I went to as a child I still go there as an adult haha lolololol In any case, I was very greedy and I am the kind of person who has already let go of a lot~~~~ so I am satisfied living at this level, but I do not think I would recommend it to others, not nose surgery itself anyway lol not this hospital, nose surgery itself.
