Before the procedure, I consulted with the manager, and maybe because there were people waiting behind me, I felt a strong sense that they wanted to rush things. I had booked botox, but I also wanted contour injections, so I asked about them, but I could feel that they were annoyed. Once I went into the treatment room and sat down, they started the procedure right away without a separate consultation with the specialist. Before making the reservation, I had been told over the phone that I would also consult with the specialist doctor, so that was disappointing. Overall, it felt like a factory-style hospital, which was a bit disappointing.
