The waiting room is neat, but the treatment room is way too messy …. It was uncomfortable I wish they would clean it more thoroughly I kept hearing people talking while I was being treated, so that was uncomfortable It also made me wonder if the tools they use for the pack are clean ..? It felt unpleasant .. and reservations are often missed
