Because my skin is sensitive, I wanted to get Fraxel but could not, so I went for a consultation to get something similar but gentler. There were a lot of people waiting until the consultation, and as soon as I went in, they talked to me while only looking at the computer. I wanted a more detailed explanation because I did not know much, but they only said that my skin was too weak, so it could not be done. They gave a rough explanation and then pressured me to pay and have it done today, so I just left,,,,,,
