It feels very factory-like. Especially if you go on a weekend, it gets insanely chaotic. (After they added another floor, the wait time seems to have gotten a lot shorter.) I prefer to get my procedure done quickly and leave, so I keep coming back here. I have been getting Botox every year since the clinic opened, and the effect is good.
