Non-face-to-face consultation with the director. I was thinking of dropping it because the KakaoTalk replies were slow, but they said a phone call would be better, so I went with that and it was fast and to the point. The consultant sounded like an older person, not the young consultant-staff type, in the way she spoke and with her voice, so I actually liked that better! It seems like a very person-by-person kind of place, so I was a bit scared too. The good reviews are extremely good, but there are also lots of people saying it was not good... The cost is definitely cheaper than other places. There are many places that do one area for twice the price. T_T
