I went after struggling over it for a long time because I had a Ramse treatment last fall and it failed completely (not because I gained more weight, it just failed lol), and my abdomen was really satisfying. The problem was that I had already failed so badly before that the unevenness was legendary, so it ended up as a revision. So compared with people getting it for the first time, it is not completely smooth, but if I could go back, I would get liposuction from the start.
